As a Working Student in Human Resource Analytics, you will be part of the Operations Excellence department. As an integral part of Human Resources, the Operations Excellence team is responsible for data driven continuous improvements within the 3DS organization.
What will your role be?
After an initial training-on-the-job to get to know organizational structure, used data and 3DS tools, you will contribute to the entire employee lifecycle. Your data understanding and data visualization creativity will be required in focal areas such as recruitment, personnel development and turnover to support databased decision making within HR, mainly in central Europe.
Your tasks involve:
- Development, validation and improvement of new ways of data analysis and visualization
- Creation of status reports on focal areas
- Contribution to international projects

Your key success factors:
- You are a student in Human Resources, Economics, Engineering or related fields
- You have first practical knowledge in Human Resource Analytics
- You have proven Excel skills
- Programming skills (i.e. Java, R, CSS) are a plus
- You are fluent in English, German is optional
